On behalf of our Assumption Family, I extend a warm welcome to you and thank you for visiting our school website.

As the proud principal of our school, I am honoured to lead a team of dedicated educators and staff who are committed to providing a nurturing, challenging, and inclusive learning environment. Our vision is to inspire and empower every student to grow and achieve academically, socially, and personally. Each day we are guided by Gospel Values. Our community encourages each member to flourish in life and through their work.

Our students are the heartbeat of our school. Their curiosity, creativity, and boundless energy bring life to our school, and witnessing their growth fills us all with immense pride. We believe that each student is a unique gift, with limitless potential. We aim to create a space where students embrace the opportunities that come their way, and let their light shine bright.

Our parents and families are the pillars of support that make our school a stronghold for learning and growth. Their partnership and engagement in their child/ren’s learning journey is invaluable. Together, we form a strong bond that empowers our students to thrive and flourish. We have an incredible Family Connections Group established here at Assumption. We are grateful for the parents, grandparents and extended family who volunteer what precious time they have, when they can. As Mother Teresa said, “we can all do small things, with great love, and together we can do something wonderful".

Our dedicated staff are the guiding lights, the mentors, and the caring souls who create a nurturing environment for our students. Their commitment to fostering not only academic growth but also the development of character and resilience is what makes Assumption a true home for all. I am honoured to have the opportunity to collaborate with an incredible staff as we create a home for all at Assumption.
