Sports Carnival: Tuesday 3 June
Please be reminded that the School Sports Carnival will be held next week on Tuesday 3 June at MacKillop College. Please see the running sheet below:
In the case of wet weather: Communication via COMPASS will be sent out on the morning of he carnival to advise if it is cancelled.
Netball Schools Cup: Wednesday 4 June
A reminder for students who have nominated to participate in the Netball Schools Cup:
Teams are posted outside the primary classrooms. It is the responsibility of the students to inform parents of their team.
Participation this year is a two step process:
Step One: Consent and Pay on Compass
Step Two: Register your child/ren via Play HQ.
All necessary documentation has been provided in the Event Compass. Your child has been informed of their team name. You will need a valid email to register. You may need to create a new account if you have not registered before.
COST: $5.00 (please pay and provide consent on Compass by Friday 30 May, 2025)
DATE: Wednesday 4 June 2025
VENUE: Bathurst Netball Association, John Matthew Sports Complex, 261 Durham Street Bathurst
TRANSPORT: Transport to and from the venue is the responsibility of parents.
ARRIVAL TIME: 8:30am
FINISH TIME: 2:30pm. Please ensure you have your child’s name marked off the roll before leaving.
WHAT TO BRING:
- Plenty of water
- Hat
- Recess/Lunch (a canteen is also available on the day)
- Something to sit on (e.g picnic blanket) Please note: Seating and umbrellas are not to be used in between courts.
- Rain coat/umbrella
- No devices are to be brought on the day.
JEWELLERY & WATCHES: Students are to remove all jewellery and watches prior to play. Fingernails are to be short. Hard peak caps are NOT to be worn during play. Soft bucket hats are fine.
NUMBER OF GAMES: Each team will play at least four games during the day.
